Sunday Press (operated by James E. Griggs II, Jessieville, Arkansas) builds and hosts websites, apps and communication tools for churches. This policy explains what we collect and how we use it.

Information we collect

• From churches we work with: contact details for church staff, and the content churches add to their website, app and hub.
• On behalf of churches: information a church's guests and members give that church (for example, visitor cards, event sign-ups, prayer requests and kids check-in). We process this only to provide the church's services and only as the church directs. The church controls it.
• From this website: anything you send us by email, such as a demo request.

How we use it

To provide, support and improve our services; to respond to you; and to keep our systems secure. Sensitive information is encrypted and limited to the church staff roles that need it.

Text messages (SMS)

Churches using Sunday Press may send text messages to people who opted in with that church. Message frequency varies; message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. We do not sell, rent or share mobile phone numbers or text-messaging opt-in data with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Opt-in data and consent are never shared with anyone except the service providers that deliver the messages.

Sharing

We never sell personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run the services (such as hosting, email and text message delivery), under confidentiality obligations, or when the law requires it.

Keeping and deleting data

We keep data while a church uses our services. A church can ask us to export or delete its data at any time.
