These terms cover the use of Sunday Press services, operated by James E. Griggs II, Jessieville, Arkansas. Each church we serve also has a written agreement with us, and that agreement controls where the two differ.

Our services

We build, host and support church websites, member apps, a staff hub, and tools such as visitor follow-up, kids check-in, church texting and calling, giving records and sermon clips.

Church responsibilities

• Churches own their content and data and are responsible for what they publish and send.
• Churches text only people who have opted in, honor STOP requests, and follow applicable messaging laws and carrier rules.
• Staff logins are personal and must be kept private.

Text messaging

Text messages are sent on behalf of the church that the recipient opted in with. Message frequency varies; message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Acceptable use

The services may not be used for spam, unlawful content, harassment, or anything that puts others' data at risk.

Availability

We work hard to keep everything running and backed up, but the services are provided "as is" without guarantees of uninterrupted availability. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the services in the prior 12 months.

Changes

We may update these terms and will post the new date above.
